Services

Subject matter specialists with the practical and formal experience to provide physical security services including: vulnerability and threat assessments surveys and reports; new and legacy site system analysis and recommendations; cost-benefit analysis, turnkey standalone and integrated designs based on user-defined requirements and budgets; recommended Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and services.

Full Design, Specification and Budget

• Field proven, single-manufacture provided, Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) products and software
• Specialty design utilizing a mixture of field proven COTS products and software
• Proof of Concept Design and Specification utilizing a mixture of field proven, multi-manufacture provided COTS products, software and best practice component/data integration
• Supporting Documents and Data are tailored to customer’s requirements to insure conformance of the design and installation plan. Customer requested items may include but not be limited to:
• Initial/final device, panel, rack and console layouts, block and point-to-point drawings in AutoCAD
• RFP and ITB documents in MS Word
• Initial/final demolition and construction drawings in AutoCAD for bid or install
• Initial/final wire, cable, raceway plans and schedule in AutoCAD for bid or install
• Budgetary analysis based on RFP/ITB documents.
• MS Project schedule and tracking

Review, Compliance and Quality Control

• Conduct pre-submittal meeting and provide contractor Question/Answer forum
• Provide submittal review for compliance and price reasonableness
• Pre/During/Post System construction-installation management over-site and Quality Control (QC)
• Acceptance Testing
• Redline and final documentation to include:
• Itemized list of major system components including quantity, manufacturer, model and description
• Applicable warranty statements
• Manufacturer’s product cut-sheets, installation and operation manuals
• As-built documentation in AutoCAD to include at a minimum and as applicable: component block drawings, cable/signal riser, cable/signal run sheet and labeling schema; floor, site, elevation plans & other drawings as required.

Manufacturer Training

• White Sand Security provides programming, testing, training and support on most major manufacturer systems.
